• Configuration, testing and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX modules such Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Inventory and Warehouse management, Production ,Master planning , User access management, Alerts and Record level security, Data Import/Export Framework,.
• Requirement gathering from different Key users via different techniques such as workshops, meetings and interviews.
