Affected procurement decisions and subcontractor selection inclusive of bid reviews, techno-commercial evaluation, contract negotiation & final selection, Analyzed project variations and changes
prepared comprehensive project reports enabling accurate interim and final payments to subcontractors.
Measured work progress on-site and from drawings including competence with electronic measurement systems
