I am carrying an overall experience of 5.6 years into Human Resource field. Most recently I was working with the HR advisory department of Deutsche Bank for 3.6 years as Analyst.

My responsibilities include handling questions from the employees of the APAC region and across designations on HR related policies and applications and involves liaising with other internal teams and the cases handled are from an array of categories such as HR related system accesses, leaves, payroll, benefits, performance appraisal, employment verification, exit and off-boarding, organizational letters, online trainings, etc.

Extensive background in HR Generalist affairs, including Employee Recruitment, Letter Generation and HR records management.

Prior to DB I worked with Accenture for 2 years as a Technical Recruiter with expertise on various skills like SAP, Java, .Net. IBM tools, Infrastructure Networking, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc

Having 5.6 years of work experience, I have developed successful working relationship with the wider community, HR teams and key business managers/directors.
