I graduated from Bahir Dar University (government owned) Main campus Faculty of Business and Economics in the field of General Management with B.A Degree on July 01, 2009 G.C.
I learn all major courses of Marketing (Sales and how to handle new marketing campaigns) management, management information system, managerial psychology, business law, financial management and the like during campus.
After graduation I was working at various clerical, customer service officer, Customer service agent and specialist posts at various well known private banks and insurance companies in Addis Ababa as witnessed from credentials. Starting from 2011 I joined Nyala Insurance,Dashen Bank ,Enat Bank and Now I am working as Branch operations and resource mobilization officer at Abay Bank (H.O)(Jomo Kenyatta Ave.)
My academic and experience back ground enables me to capitalize:-
√Business understanding and analytical skills and with high level of KYC approach.
√Both external and internal customer handling and capable of working even under pressure circumstances and coordinating sales activities and clerical services, can smoothly run overall customer management activities.
√Capable of customer needs, quires and complains held in compliance to the company standards, ensure the daily customer management tasks gone smoothly as per the office demands, provide overall administrative support for the engaged work unit.
I also believe that I’m self-motivated professional with excellent inter personal skill and demonstrable experience of working with diverse internal and external stakeholders and liaise with them and can collect and provide accurate and reliable customer resource information to the management, sort and dispatch all incoming faxes, e-mails, telephone calls and prepare the necessary customer and sales related documents and facilities for the job at hand that can add value for the effective and efficient accomplishment.
