1. Design, Supply, Estimation, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems , Central Battery systems, Voice Alarm systems.
2. Design, Supply, Estimation, Installations, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Extinguishing Systems, FM 200 Systems & Kitchen Hood Systems.
3. Hands on experience for Fire Alarm systems products like in Cooper, Honeywell, Est, Gst, Zeta, Ravel.
4. Knowledge in ELV systems like CCTV systems, Public Address systems (PAS), Access Control systems (ACS), Building Management systems (BMS), Structure Cabling systems (SCS).
5. Experience in the FAS interfacing with Fire Fighting systems (FFS), Gas systems, Elevator systems, Access Control systems (ACS) and Exhaust systems.
6. In-depth knowledge of read Fire alarm & Fire fighting systems, ELECTRICAL, MEP, ELV, PLUMBING drawings.
7. Perform routine inspection and document result in accordance with approval procedures.
8. Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to pre- commissioning and commissioning.
9. Monitor quality control on construction progress activates.
10. Inspect all systems work as per the approved shop drawing, method of statement and project specification.
11. Submit inspection requests in coordination with project engineers.
12. Assist in the review and forward any comments on the contractor’s technical.
13. Assist in the review and approve the contractor’s operations and maintenance (O & M).
14. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordination activities and resolving problems.
15. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information.
16. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
17. To be responsible for all construction activities by following the project baseline strictly.
18. Coordination and support with other discipline engineers (Architectural, structural, MEP).
19. Familiar with NFPA Procedures.
