I had quite a knowledgeable working experience in project management, QA/QC, and site inspection and coordination with client.

In Metro rail projects, I have excelled in site execution and development of NATM tunnels, TBM tunnels, Cut & Cover portal,Casting yard, underground station and emergency/ventilation egress shafts.
As you can see from my CV, I have nearly 5 years of GCC experience in the Metro rail construction industry. And I assure that I can perform all civil related site development and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read the project specification, IFC drawings and site contract agreement.
• Before commencing any site activities, go through the local geotechnical investigation data submitted in the project.
• Mobilize and set-up the site after getting the permit to commence the work.
• Establishes and maintains safe site within the approved limits of work.
• Directs and manages the work for the site in accordance with approved Construction work packages and in compliance with site rules
• Owner of the site and responsible for – ES&H, Quality, Labour force, welfare facilities,
First aid facilities, hazardous material storage, and housekeeping.
• Owns and runs the PRESTART meeting, daily toolbox talk before any works are commenced.
• Established work relationship with the stakeholders.
• Attend daily SRG meeting at the start of the shift to plan the activities of the day.
• Ensures daily records of all site activities including labor, plant, and material action.
• Hiring and off-hiring of equipment as per the need in site execution.
• Mobilize and setup a crane for lifting operation and maintain a safe lifting progress on site.
• Place an order on considering the allocated budget for procuring the required materials for further execution of work.
• Plans the activities and make pre-preparation for the commencement.
• Detailed analysis has been carried out on the daily submittal of survey monitoring and As-built data.
• Sort out the ES&H concern / observation raised by the safety officer.
• Ensures the proper implementation of inspection and testing procedure, Project QC procedures, Method Statement and ITP
• Monitor the quality of works liaise with QC Engineer.
• Raise WIR for QC and the Client representative inspection for the Witness/Hold points as per ITP.
• Ensure the recently revised documents chasing and make available on site for the monthly Quality patrol audit.
• Ensure the activities completed within the scheduled time.
• Doing a proper handover to night shift before ending the shift.
• Prepare and circulate the daily shift report to the team members.
