As a highly qualified (MBA – Management) senior finance management professional with 30+ years of experience across diverse organizational domains, having significant exposure in various aspects of Financial & Management Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, Startups, Audit, Obtaining statutory licenses & Commercial functions, Project Finance, working capital finance & Fund Management, Startups, Mergers and Acquisitions, maintenance of organizational bottom lines through management of cash flow, operational cash receipts and COGS; highlighted improvement initiatives to the Board to enhance revenue generation.

Presently associated as Group Chief Financial Officer, I am involved in day to day financial operations of the organization in compliance to organizational policies/ procedures and strategic regulations; management of investment/ divestment post approval of the Board including development of finance model aligned to holding matrix.

Throughout my professional career, I have gained significant exposure in several regions like North Africa & the GCC, specially Qatar, Saudi Arabia & Dubai, either by direct involvement or by reporting & compliance.

Nevertheless, I’ve obtained the TOT course through the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) the training arm of the Central Bank of Egypt, in order to teach several practical finance courses either in house or @ the bank’s/client premises if it’s customized, also helped me to train & coach my team in different domains to enhance their skills .
