I have over 5 years of experience in Human Resource with reputed companies in Dubai and India.
I have done my Masters in Human Resource and graduated in HR Management from the University of Delhi. Being a topper and meritorious student throughout my school and university, I have exemplified my competence in performing my role as an HR Personnel.
My responsibilities in a nutshell include - Applying for employment visa, onboarding and inducting new hires, preparing offer/appointment and all other HR related letters, monitoring attendance, leave management, salaries, efficiently maintaining employees’ record in the system, managing personnel files, of the employees, proactively handling employees’ medical insurance and resolving their queries and grievance, initiating resident visa cancellation for resigned employees, proficiently working on SAP module.
