Sinead Craddock
Experienced ABA therapist with previous experience as primary school teacher in the Middle EastI am a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude. I am always eager and willing to tackle a challenge, and I learn quickly. Although I work well independently, I thoroughly enjoy working as part of a team. I have an educational background in psychology (BA and MSc), a keen interest in and knowledge of autism spectrum disorder, and experience with young children as an ABA therapist, primary school teacher, and positive behavior support assistant in Oman, the Netherlands, and Ireland. I am currently employed as an ABA therapist in Dublin, delivering early intervention in a one-to-one home setting to young children with autism. I am simultaneously working as an ABA therapist in a classroom environment with six children, all of whom have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder; some with an additional diagnosis of intellectual disability. Although this work is challenging, it is work that I truly enjoy. Previous to my current employment, I have worked as a primary school teacher in an international school in Muscat, Oman, and a behaviour support assistant to a young girl in an international integration class in Leiden, the Netherlands. I have over four years experience working with young children; both neurotypical children and children with autism and intellectual disabilities. I am patient, empathetic, and I approach every situation with a positive attitude.
