I am Ilaria Paola Emilia Spiezia, I am Italian from Rome, I worked for many years in an IT company in the administrative sector until I gained independence in managing the monthly tasks that were entrusted to me.

My working career was interrupted due to the reduction of staff in an IT company after 14 years, I did not lose heart and I continued my training path including advertising graphics with in-depth knowledge of Adobe programs: Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop, then I enrolled in a Master in Social Media Communication and Web Marketing Manager for which I was involved in a project for the environment organized by ISPRA, winning the award with other employees.

Currently I am enrolled in the second year in the degree course in Communication Sciences, at the free university Maria SS Assunta (Lumsa) based in Rome.

I belong to the protected category with 65% disability, as a wearer of hearing aids with difficulty listening to the phone, this does not prevent me from organizing myself in the best possible way, being a woman passionate about writing and advertising in general curious, sunny, open, sensitive to some topics, ready to face and get involved for a better future.

Why am I running for office? Because I am willing not only to internships, but also temporary collaborations, or training courses for recruitment purposes. As willing as I am to change, to grow and to make new experiences.
