I have recently earned Masters in Total Quality management and was working for past 5 years in the areas of Total quality management in the capacity of Senior Quality officer. While at this position i was responsible for customer satisfaction from our product and in order to achieve that I implemented ISO 9001:2015, HACCP ( FOOD Safety management system 22000), continuous improvement strategy, improved Supplier evaluation criteria and statistical process control.
