• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

• Greet and escort customer to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• Prepare the tables by setting up linens silverware and glasses.
• Inform customer about the daily specials.
• Offer menu recommendation upon request.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
