MY PREVIOUS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Analyse Tender documents and claim RFI if needed.
- Quantity take off, Preparation of BOQ, Cost sheet Preparation,Rate analysis, Material & Labor calculation, Pricing
- Procurement Works like L.P.O preparation, Selection of Vendors & Sub Contractors, Price analysis of all quotations.
- Project Report making( Daily, weekly & monthly).
- Preparation of Interim payment sheet for sub contractors.
- Keep all records of each Project for future reference.
- All Pre- Contract and Post Contract works.
