With over 28 years rich experience in EPC of large civil projects in the Middle East & India covering oil & gas facilities, integrated telecom data centre, integrated steel plant infrastructure, large PEB warehouse & logistics facility, IT park, large gated township and various types of buildings, I bring expertise in project management/construction management involving heavy lift preparation, sheet piling, underground utilities, excavation/ trenching, structural works, building civil works, fireproofing, etc. I am looking for a middle level/upper middle level assignment in project management in contracting, PMC or client domain.

For last 8 years, I am working with leading contracting companies in the Middle East, and currently working with Al Husam General Contracting Company – Abu Dhabi, UAE, since November 2014, as Project Manager. I am adept in leading all stages of the project life cycle from design coordination, finalizing scope of work & engineering deliverables, project planning & scheduling, resource mobilization & management, monitoring & control of site activities, QA/QC, HSE and project close-out •Skilled in technical review of all civil related drawings, documents, scope of work and material submittals. Commercially too, I am effective in administering contracts including documentation, progressive & final billing, variations & change order management & claims settlement, including purchasing.
