Project: Development of Extended Shelf Life product in Pakistan:
Launched first ever Extended Shelf Life product packed in HDP bottle in Pakistan. Product was based on Australian Cow Milk and achieved a shelf life of 9 months without any fat separation and sedimentation. ESL milk was able to capture a good market in countries including Afghanistan and Africa and remained stable at high temperatures on shelf. The exports increased company revenue by £5 Million annually.
