 Carried out Quantity take off from the Tender drawings. (Earth work, Concrete, Steel reinforcement, Block and Interior fit out works, Finishes – Internal and External)
 Listing out SSP’s and floating enquiries for their services. (Specialized service provider).
 Inviting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for required materials and sub contract works.
 Technical evaluation for the quotations / contactor based on the project specification & Company evaluation criteria’s.
 Review the project specifications, drawings, reviewing pre-qualification documents from sub-contractors, communicating with client regarding the quantity conflicts & clarify the comments and obtain approvals to proceed for quantity take off.
 Prior to participating a bid Review tender documents, terms & Conditions, visit the site and investigate the site conditions, site accessibility, any additional job to be considered during execution, any hidden or unknown conditions on site etc. are studying & reporting to the estimation manager and prepare the bid accordingly.

 Quantities take off from the finishing drawings for false ceiling and dry wall partitions.
 Preparation of finishing schedule.
 Raising RFI (request for information) to client if any detail is not clear or mismatches in drawings.
 Floating enquiries to supplier / vendor for the materials.
 Technical evaluation based on the client’s requirements and specifications.
 Pricing of projects (lump sum and re-measurable)
 Statuses update and follow up for the submitted quotations.
 Good knowledge about different types of false ceilings, suspension system and dry wall partition from different projects.

 Carried out Structural designing &Analysis using Staad Pro 2007 & Ads Pro Software.
 Comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering design standards and codes.
 Worked closely with senior structural engineers and project team during project development.
 Reviewing and re-designing the structure with site conditions and engineering changes.

 Composed instruction manuals and gave presentation or simplified instruction as and when required.
