Responsibilities Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name Use visual cues to seat Guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference Inform Guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate Must be able to carry natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive and attend to special Guest needs and requests Observant to Guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service (i.e. notice a drink refill is needed while seating another Guest and ensuring the drink is refilled prior to getting back to the door). Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Health and Wellness, Physical Education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a wellness or spa supervisory role.
  • Certification in Yoga, Zumba, or other relevant fitness disciplines.
  • Proven track record of managing a team in a hospitality or wellness environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wellness management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of wellness services.
  • Ability to design and implement engaging wellness programs and activities.
  • Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating presence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct wellness activities including Yoga, Zumba, Meditation, and other fitness classes.
  • Customize wellness classes to meet the needs and preferences of guests.
  • Provide individualized attention and modifications during classes.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong guest relationships.
  • Oversee daily operations of the wellness facilities.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement and uphold wellness policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and promote wellness programs, classes, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the wellness department.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellness industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
