Job Summary:
Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and address guest inquiries while coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and process payments (cash, checks, credit/debit).
  • Address guest inquiries, provide directions, and communicate property and local area information.
  • Run daily reports, balance receipts, and follow company safety, security, and service standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Related Experience: None required.
  • Supervisory Experience: None.
  • License or Certification: None.
