Job Summary:

Deliver exceptional service by attending to guests with professionalism, efficiency, and flexibility in various Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and poolside dining. This role requires strong product knowledge, dedication to customer satisfaction, and adherence to hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Take orders accurately, inputting them into POS systems, and suggest food and beverage pairings.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following service standards and guest dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining setups, and equipment, performing opening and closing procedures.
• Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously.
• Support inventory control by monitoring supplies, minimizing wastage, and maintaining par stock.
• Engage in team briefings and communication meetings to improve service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, upholding HACCP and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Customer-oriented with effective communication skills.
• High standards in personal appearance, hygiene, and professional attitude.
• Ability to adapt to different roles within the Food & Beverage division.

Level of Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate in Food & Beverage preferred.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum 12 months in a similar role within a five-star hotel or upscale dining environment.
