Job Summary: Looking for a Waiter/Waitress in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Assist in arranging table settings and maintaining a tidy and clean dining area
- Welcome guests and accompany them to their tables
- Present the menu to the guests and provide detailed information concerning the same
- Give menu recommendations upon request from the guests
- Take food and drinks orders
- Serve food and drinks orders in a proper way
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Deliver bill and collect payments
- Take dirty plates, glasses as well as silverware to the kitchen for cleaning

Job Qualifications and Experience
- Must have hospitality experience of at least 1 year in a busy restaurant, cafeteria or hotel
- Must be able to work well and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage busy environments
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Must have high standards of personal hygiene and personal grooming
