With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

Where you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, checking for food allergies, explaining the food menus, offering food substitutes if necessary, verifying the age restrictions for alcohol orders and relaying accurate food orders to the chefs. You will ensure that service is reliable, fast and of high quality.

 

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Restaurant Supervisor and should have at least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/she must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours and on-call cases. Dynamic, able to adopt the challenging and multicultural working environment as well as able to establish good working relationships. Excellent spoken and written English will be required.
