Job Summary:
As a Waiter at Malibu 90265, Atlantis, The Royal, you will deliver exceptional fine dining service to guests, ensuring high standards of service and attention to detail. You will contribute to a seamless dining experience by providing courteous and efficient support to the team and maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality fine dining service to guests, ensuring courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full food and beverage menu, including current promotions.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of food and beverage items served to guests.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management promptly.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and fully prepared for service.
• Assist colleagues during peak hours and provide hands-on support for smooth operations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Actively upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in team briefings and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with diverse clientele.

Level of Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, including weekends, holidays, and shift work as per operational requirements.

• Minimum 24 months in fine dining or luxury hospitality roles.
