Responsibilities Work as a strategic business partner to deliver learning content and creation for the global organization  Consistently build a culture of learning and enabling colleagues to achieve their goals through initiative learning solutions  Champion the brand and bringing it to life for our colleagues Pioneer the latest technology to enhance the learning experience for colleagues  To plan, design, create, and facilitate the delivery of all existing and new programs. To work with resort Training Managers to develop and manage a pool of departmental trainers to ensure that regular and consistent departmental training is delivered to fulfill the needs of all operational departments. To conduct annual training needs analysis and to plan, design and deliver the required programs. To design and facilitate the delivery content for the purpose of learning  To develop, plan, create, and manage e-learning programs as determined by Training Needs Analysis and Kerzner International Management. To facilitate the feedback received from programs and to manage and administer them appropriately. To update all relevant Training materials to ensure that they are in line with the brand and local expectations. To liaise and build relations with external institutions and organizations  To liaise with required external consultants and facilitate the delivery of identified programs to fulfill the needs of company To develop and manage the programs for all Management Trainees. To develop and manage the programs for all Interns. To liaise, develop and manage all pre-opening programs & processes. To facilitate and manage the selection of Management Trainees and manage their development while on the programme. To execute any other duties as assigned by EVP, Global HR.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • 5 years + of experience in human resources and/or learning in various countries around the globe.
  • Software skills needed: Microsoft 365, Articulate for online content creation
  • Ability to present to all levels of the organization
  • Manage partners / vendors (LinkedIn Learning, Coaches, etc.)
  • Drive results and measure impact of training initiatives.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors’s Learning Management System
  • Client oriented with a high degree of flexibility in responsiveness and resourcefulness.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with Senior Managers and influence then to embrace corporate goals and directives.
