Job Summary:      Looking for Training Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details

  • Assist in planning and delivering training to the staff to ensure proper understanding of tools and civil engineering processes
  • Oversee ground training for staff
  • Carry out orientation sessions
  • Prepare training materials
  • Generate and implement training budget
  • Assess the needs of the company and plan training programs accordingly
  • Undertake performance evaluations


Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, having a Masters Degree will be a plus
  • At least five to seven years of experience in the same field preferably in academic institutions or training institutes handling vocational studies related to civil engineering
  • Knowledge in teaching ADVETI/ACTVET will be a plus
  • Possession of a trainer certificate will be a plus
  • A male candidate is required
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details
