Job Summary:      Looking for a Telesales Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Initiate sales with potential customers over the telephone
• Understand customers' needs to provide the suitable services to them
• Collect and record customer information, payment methods as well as reactions to services
• Respond to customers' questions on the products and services
• Sales products and ensure services are met

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant course
• Experience in telesales is a must
• Good communication and customer service skills required
• Must have good knowledge of relevant computer programs
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent telephone skills required
