Job Summary: Looking for a Telesales Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The applicant must have a business related Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a telesales or customer service role
- Must be familiar with relevant computer programs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must have excellent sales skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Must be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
