Responsibilities Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool to ensure they meet quality standards after cleaning. Run reports, verify room statuses, address discrepancies, prioritize cleaning, and update room status. Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, and resolve room issues with the Front Desk. Manage room assignments, document changes, and communicate with the next shift. Complete necessary paperwork. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff. Follow safety policies, report hazards, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets. Provide excellent guest service, assist with disabilities, and handle guest interactions professionally. Build positive relationships with coworkers and ensure quality standards are met. Perform physical tasks, operate machinery, and use computers for work-related tasks. Follow instructions and complete other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

Required Skills:
