Job Summary:     Urgently looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).


Job Key Details:               

  • Create business strategies to raise the company customers, expand the store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Make sure there are high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Preserve outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Carry out personal performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers eg complaints, grievances among others


Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate for Store Manager must have relevant qualifications for this role
  • At least three to four years of practical experience in the same role
  • The jobholder should be fluent in the English language
  • Should have powerful leadership skills and business oriented
  • Customer management skills with strong organizational and communication skills required
