Job Summary:      Looking for a Store Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Provide excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train and oversee staff members
  • Assist in motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives
  • Develop business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and increase profitability
  • Handle customer complaints as well as concerns in a professional way
  • Make sure the store compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Generate detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements as well as profits and present the same information to the management in a timely manner
  • Manage the store budgets and revise financial records as and when necessary
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have a background in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or its equivalent
  • Practical experience in the same field required
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must have excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge in sales required
  • Ability to train and motivate the team
  • Must be a good problem solver
  • Candidates on visit visa are preferred
