Job Summary:
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Kitchen Stewards to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park. In this role, you will support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout all kitchen and utility areas, ensuring a smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas, including ovens, grills, sinks, and refrigerators.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning of all culinary items.
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks such as scrubbing walls, floors, and equipment.
• Follow instructions for all stewarding tasks and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage of kitchen items.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals.
