Job Summary:
As a Specialist in Compensation and Benefits at Atlantis Dubai, you will support the development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Collaborating closely with the Manager of Compensation & Benefits, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Conduct job evaluations, salary surveys, and market research to assess compensation trends.
- Compile and analyze data for annual market survey submissions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Review and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of performance-based compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, addressing concerns promptly.
- Develop communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in training managers and employees on compensation policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a compensation and benefits environment.
- Experience in managing direct reports or coaching team members is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Level of Education:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Hours:
- Full-time position, with flexibility required for project deadlines.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum of 24-36 months (2-3 years) in a compensation and benefits role.
