Job Summary:
The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa services, including body treatments, facials, and aesthetic services, to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. The role involves maintaining professionalism, safety, and excellent customer service while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, according to guest preferences and spa protocols.
• Ensure all spa services are conducted safely, with attention to guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products and techniques to offer personalized recommendations.
• Provide consultations to guests before treatments, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all treatment areas.
• Assist in the development of treatment menus and suggest improvements based on guest feedback.
• Promote spa services and products, contributing to the overall profitability of the spa.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in spa environments.
• Must be physically able to perform various spa treatments and maintain energy levels throughout the day.

Level of Education:
Holder of an international certification in physical therapy or spa treatments.

Work Hours:
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum 24 months of experience as a Therapist or Masseur/euse in a spa or similar environment.
