Job Summary:
A Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments and services, including massages, body treatments, and facials. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest experiences, maintaining cleanliness, promoting spa services, and ensuring adherence to luxury and wellness standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, ensuring guest preferences are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Promote spa services and products to guests, enhancing bookings and retail sales.
  • Handle guest inquiries about spa services, packages, and products, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Assist with booking and managing spa appointments, including handling changes and cancellations.
  • Upsell spa treatments and retail products to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing and payments for spa services and retail sales.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share ideas to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues to the Spa Manager to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Stay updated on current and future spa offerings and services provided by the hotel.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality, wellness, or customer service industry.
  • Certification as a professional spa therapist.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to personalize the guest experience.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and luxury standards.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations.

 

Level of Education:

  • Professional certification in Spa Therapy or related field.

 

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, including weekends and holidays, with flexible shift schedules.

 

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in spa or wellness services.
