Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Spa Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional spa services in line with brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies, in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain compliance with municipality regulations regarding health and safety standards.
• Actively promote and retail spa products by recommending homecare solutions tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Meet and exceed retail sales targets set by the department manager.
• Prepare treatment rooms to established setup standards before each guest’s arrival, ensuring a serene and welcoming environment.
• Manage treatment schedules effectively to ensure all appointments start on time and last the designated duration.
• Utilize any unallocated time during shifts to drive awareness of spa services within the hotel or at organized offsite events.
• Monitor and manage stock levels in treatment rooms, ensuring all products are well-stocked and in good condition.
• Implement correct product usage during treatments to minimize waste and maintain cost control.
• Collaborate with spa attendants to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the spa, taking responsibility for maintaining assigned treatment rooms.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by adhering to department SOPs and maintaining a high standard of service.
• Uphold the brand's product standards and understand the significance of the brand promise to guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management on spa treatments and guest preferences.

Requirements:

• Professional appearance with good personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and understand their needs.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of a variety of spa treatments and therapies.
• Proven ability to upsell services and products effectively.
• Previous experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel or spa environment is preferred.
• Certification in massage therapy and relevant spa treatments is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and efficiency.
