We’re searching for a new Spa Therapist confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through delivering exceptional spa experiences through a variety of treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide spa treatments to brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Promote and sell spa products with personalized recommendations.
  • Meet retail sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before guest arrival according to set standards.
  • Manage treatment times efficiently to ensure punctuality and correct duration.
  • Use downtime to promote the spa within hotel facilities or at offsite events.
  • Manage stock in treatment rooms and ensure proper product usage to minimize waste.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa and your assigned treatment room.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by following SOPs and brand standards.
  • Adhere to brand promises and product guidelines.

Work Hours: 8 Hours a Day
