Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and inviting manner.
• Advise guests on what services are offered and tailor to their needs.
• Contribute to the upkeep of cleanliness & tidiness standards within the spa.
• Remain available for training on new spa treatments and services.
