Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for managing office-related tasks, including updating records, handling communications, and maintaining filing systems. This role ensures that administrative processes are efficient and contributes to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and retrieve information from databases, updating records, files, and reservations.
- Transmit information using mail, computer, or facsimile machine.
- Operate standard office equipment and prepare letters, memos, and documents using various software.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing.
- Maintain filing systems for records and documents, both computer- and paper-based.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate office equipment and use software like word processing, spreadsheet, and database systems.
- Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
