Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to lead and manage our luxury hotel spa. This role involves overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. You will be responsible for managing the spa team, optimizing profitability, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the spa’s offerings.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the spa team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and resolving any guest complaints or issues.
  • Manage inventory levels for spa products and supplies, ensuring the availability of high-quality items.
  • Develop and implement spa menus and services based on industry trends and guest preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage the spa’s budget, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions, packages, and strategies to attract guests.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to spa therapists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare reports on the spa’s performance, including guest satisfaction and financial metrics.
  • Ensure the spa team adheres to grooming, discipline, and efficiency standards.
  • Regularly assess the performance of spa treatments, ensuring consistency with established protocols.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a luxury spa, preferably within a hotel setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and luxury brand products.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Business English.
