Job Qualifications and Experience
- The suitable candidate must have a Degree in Business related course or Hospitality Management
- At least 2+ years of experience managing a spa required
- Good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Must have a mature and professional approach to work
- Should be able to lead, manage, motivate and develop a large team
- Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to inspire the same in others
- Good leadership skills required
