Job Summary:

As a Spa Attendant at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, you will ensure the highest quality of cleanliness, guest support, and spa services, aligning with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards in a luxury environment. You’ll be responsible for the presentation, maintenance, and guest experience of the spa facilities, supporting the spa team in delivering exceptional services that exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cleaning, replenishment, and organization of spa areas, maintaining optimal hygiene standards.
• Maintain stock levels of spa amenities, toiletries, and linens, and manage locker room setup and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with the use of facilities, providing information on spa services, retail items, and appointment bookings.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, promptly reporting deficiencies or maintenance needs.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous guest interaction, addressing inquiries and offering product knowledge on spa retail items.
• Support spa revenue goals through product promotion and upselling of spa services and items.
• Participate in regular spa meetings and training sessions to maintain service standards and stay informed on spa updates.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and guest service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in people management and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications and experience with booking or POS systems.

Level of Education:

• Certificate in hospitality, spa management, or a related field.

Work Hours:

• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• 36 months of relevant experience in a luxury hospitality or spa setting.
