Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Spa, managing stock supplies, and supporting other Spa operations to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all Spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas.
- Maintain the stock of towels, linens, and other necessary Spa supplies, ensuring timely restocking as needed.
- Monitor and report any equipment or facility maintenance needs to ensure all areas are fully operational.
- Assist therapists and other Spa staff in preparing treatment rooms and organizing tools and products for daily operations.
- Greet guests and provide basic assistance or guidance related to Spa services and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and serene Spa environment.
- Assist in inventory management and liaise with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels of Spa products and materials.
- Support other departments in the Spa with administrative tasks or guest service as required during busy periods.
- Ensure all Spa protocols and service standards are followed to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Spa treatments and services preferred but not required.
Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience in Months:
12 months (1 year) of relevant experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
