Job Summary:
Supervise kitchen staff, ensure proper food presentation, and maintain food safety standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist cooks with food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Monitor stock levels, kitchen supplies, and maintain logs for food safety.
  • Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to Food & Beverage staff.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and confidentiality.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, including addressing guest needs and supporting team goals.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years in a relevant field.
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years.
  • License or Certification: None.
