Job Summary:
Transport guests safely and efficiently to and from designated locations using company vehicles. Ensure that all trips are logged and vehicles are properly maintained. This role focuses on guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous transportation services while ensuring safety and maintaining vehicle upkeep.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Transport guests to/from assigned destinations promptly and safely using the property vehicle.
  • Log and document all trips before and after completion, ensuring accuracy.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of property vehicles, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and refueling as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, both inside and outside, and report any damages or required maintenance.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or belongings, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
  • Provide directions, answer guest questions, and recommend local attractions when applicable.
  • Ensure vehicle is parked in the designated location when not in use.
  • Report all accidents, injuries, or vehicle incidents immediately, completing necessary documentation.
  • Follow safety procedures and complete any required training or certifications.
  • Maintain communication with other departments using electronic devices, ensuring coordination of guest services.
  • Assist guests with special needs or disabilities, providing attentive and respectful service.
  • Follow company standards for uniform appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism.
  • Assist in other operational tasks as needed, ensuring the overall smooth operation of the transportation service.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide clear directions and information to guests.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 75 pounds with assistance and stand/walk for long periods.
  • Ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and ramps.
  • Must have a clean driving record with no prior incidents or violations.
  • Prior experience in guest services or transportation is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
