Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Secretary/Receptionist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Offer secretarial assistance for example arrange appointments, schedule meetings, receive visitors, screen phone calls etc
  • Preserve and update files and recover relevant information when needed
  • Make sure all administrative matters are kept up to date
  • Keep database, visiting cards, address, telephone numbers etc
  • Undertake any other necessary task as required

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in any Business course
  • At least one to two years of experience in the same or similar role required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite
  • A female candidate on husband visa required
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude required
