Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary (No Experience) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments
  • Execute new procedures and administrative systems
  • Respond to phone calls and redirect them if necessary
  • Assist in typing and preparing reports as well as other documents
  • Handle the daily, weekly or monthly agenda and organize new meetings as well as appointments
  • Generate and share correspondence
  • Create and maintain a filing system
  • Organize and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers as well as external partners
  • Make sure all secretarial and administrative work under the directors’ is handled in a proper and professional manner
  • Perform any other assigned duty

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree Business Administration from a recognized university
  • Fresh candidates from the university are required
  • Must have accounting knowledge
  • Should be able to effectively prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Only male Indian candidates are required to apply
  • Strong computer knowledge required
