Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the same field required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good typing skills i.e. 50 wpm
