Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary/Front Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Provide both secretarial and administrative support services in the office
  • Welcome visitors, attend to them in a proper and timely manner
  • Receive incoming mails as well as calls and respond to inquiries
  • Assist in typing correspondences, documents as well as reports
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of office facilities as well as equipment
  • Maintain and update the office’s filing system for in-coming and out-going mail
  • Organize meetings and schedule activities
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Secretarial Studies or any related course
  • At least 2+ years of experience working as a secretary or in a related position
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquettes
  • Must have good computer knowledge and comfortable with MS office applications
  • Ability to effectively manage time
  • Strong knowledge of office practices as well as methods
  • Strong knowledge in word processing, database as well as spreadsheet software
  • Strong secretarial and clerical work experience
  • Must be familiar with the filing systems
  • Filipino candidates are preferred
