Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary cum Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

The successful candidate will be required to handle both front office and secretarial duties including:

  • Welcoming visitors or clients to the office
  • Responding to phone calls and forwarding when necessary
  • Managing the daily, weekly or monthly agenda
  • Organizing office meetings and appointments
  • Generating and sharing out correspondence, memos etc in a timely manner
  • Supporting the completion of office reports
  • Conduct other similar duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or the equivalent
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in handling secretarial and front office duties
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills with excellent typing skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquettes and must have a positive attitude
  • Must be honest, hardworking with a mature mind
  • Should be able to communicate well in English, Urdu and Arabic
