Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary cum Office Assistant in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Receive customers as well as visitors at the office
  • Dispatch documents as per the instructions
  • Organize and maintain records in a proper manner
  • Keep the premises neat, clean and tidy
  • Carry out any other similar assigned task

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same field
  • Must be obedient, honest and loyal to the company
  • Computer knowledge with a good typing speed
  • A female Indian candidates is required
  • Should be able to speak both English and Hindi
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
