Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support services in the office
  • Organize meetings venues including drafting various documents, reports as well as minutes
  • Maintain supplies as well as record of stationery
  • Make sure staff files are well updated
  • Receive office communication
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 2 or more years of experience working as a secretary
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Must have excellent typing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Must have good knowledge in accounting and office work programs
  • Filipino ladies are required
