Job Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support services in the office
- Organize meetings venues including drafting various documents, reports as well as minutes
- Maintain supplies as well as record of stationery
- Make sure staff files are well updated
- Receive office communication
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any related course
- At least 2 or more years of experience working as a secretary
- Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
- Must have excellent typing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Must have good knowledge in accounting and office work programs
- Filipino ladies are required
